Returns & Refunds

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. For our voluntary extended return window, items should be unused, undamaged and include their original accessories. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; statutory withdrawal rights are not conditional on unopened packaging.

1. Email contact@sunkillerz.com with your order number and the items you want to return. No reason is required for a change-of-mind withdrawal.

2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate returns destination.

3. Pack the frames in the original pouch and box, and post them with a tracked service.

4. Email us the tracking number so we can watch for the parcel.

For statutory withdrawals, we refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. For other approved returns, we aim to process the refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the parcel; your payment provider may take additional time to credit it.

Refunds go to the original payment method. For a full statutory withdrawal, the standard outbound delivery charge is also refunded; additional costs for premium delivery are not. There is a €0 restocking fee. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. A deduction for diminished value may apply only where handling went beyond what was necessary to inspect the goods.

Email contact@sunkillerz.com with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under consumer law at no cost to you. The voluntary 30-day return period does not limit your rights for faulty goods.

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason by emailing contact@sunkillerz.com within 14 days of delivery. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You may use a clear statement such as: “I withdraw from my contract for [items], ordered on [date], received on [date], order number [number], name and address [details].” Our voluntary return window extends the time to request a change-of-mind return to 30 days.
